In Turkey, claims and recourse (regress) management could be solved efficiently only with a reliable local partner. Not only because Turkey has spesific regulatory and legal environment, but also there are wide range of repair and other services for insurance business. In this regards, we believe that there is a significant need for a local partner, who prioratise customer satisfaction with high quality service level, finalise buroacratic operations very quickly and has solid professional claims and recourse management experience.
We set up an organisation in 2019 with an ambition for making difference in the market. Our founder has 11-year professional experience in all sections of claims management area in an International Insurance Group. We observed that there is a need in Turkey for a reliable partner for foreign insurance companies. We aim to transfer our experience and abilities in claims and recourse (regress) processes towards our partners by our new organisation.
We are ready to meet all your needs from managing end to end claim processes (notification–> required organisations –> controlling –> finalizing) to managing recovery (regress) processes and legal actions with our network of experienced loss adjusters, field control experts, qualified repair shops, assistance and legal partners.
